BC Game Terms and Conditions

This is the intellectual property right document and the terms of use agreement for all content and services across all mediums that BC Game uses. For purposes of this agreement, all references to “company,” “firm,” “organization,” or use of the pronouns “we” and “our” shall refer to BC Game and its affiliates. BC Game License Grant

The BC Game company grants access to its services only for the user’s personal use. It is not allowed to share account credentials. Under the rules of BC Game, only registered persons above 18 years old can be account holders.

In any case of infringement of terms, which includes suspecting fraud or ownership of accounts by minors, the account will face suspension or permanent ban. The users shall be completely responsible for carrying correct and updated information as required and demanded by the legislation of their home jurisdiction.

BC Game and any of its affiliates retain full ownership of any content, including but not limited to music, graphics, and promotions available on the site. Except as otherwise stated in terms of services, no materials on the Company’s websites may be used for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the Company. It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, transfer or sell any material available on the Company’s website.

No Warranties

BC Game shall not be liable for any player’s losses due to technical failures, partial or total temporary suspension of services, product description inaccuracies, and/or due to any other extraordinary events beyond the control of the Firm. The Company does try to eliminate the technical glitches as soon as possible but may, at its own discretion, decline to provide services or cancel them. Any disputes shall be sorted out in accordance with the BC Game managerial decisions, which are final and cannot be appealed.

Your Responsibilities as a Player

By accessing the Site, Mobile App, or Services, you agree to abide by the following terms:

You are of legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, and you also acknowledge that you observe your local laws concerning online betting.

You will make use of your account for personal use. Full responsibility will fall on you for anybody who uses your login information to access your online account.

Prohibited Uses

BC Game services are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial use, and any account sharing or disclosure is not allowed. The gambling can be only executed from the account of the registered actual user; usage of more than one account is not allowed.

Also, it is not allowed for residents of states where, according to these Terms, BC Game services cannot be provided-maising among them Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Costa Rica, France, Netherlands, Saba, Statia, Saint Martin, and the USA. Moreover, it is not allowed to use any software that may serve to change or mask the user’s location. If such cases are detected, BC Game may at its own discretion permanently disable such accounts.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

The user must, upon initial registration, provide proof that they are over the age of 18 and resident in a jurisdiction where such use is permitted. BC Game may request additional documentation to verify any part of the information provided at any time, and may limit access to certain aspects of the account until such time as verification is confirmed.

Breach of Agreement

In the event of any illegal, manipulative, or otherwise prohibited activity by the User, BC Game, in its discretion may immediately terminate this Agreement and close the Account, thereby reserving all rights under the law. The User shall be fully liable for any damage resulting under the breach of this Agreement, both to other Users and/or the Company.
